Tree rings with oak gall ink (personalised)

Custom software, drawing robot, fountain pen with oak gall ink on hot pressed 300gsm paper. 30 x 30 cm, unframed. Each piece is a unique, original drawing, not a print. Each is seeded by a location that’s important to you. Just provide a latitude and longitude, or place name, when you order and you’ll get a tree-ring drawing that is unique to that place on Earth.

The ink for this drawing was created using hand-made ink from foraged oak galls. Because this is a natural ink, each drawing will vary slightly in its colour and shading.

For each drawing sold, I will donate £5 to Trees for Life, to offset carbon and support the rewilding of the Scottish Highlands.

A note on care of the drawings: this drawing is made with natural ink from oak trees. This delicate ink can fade or change colour when exposed to UV light. I recommend hanging original drawings away from direct sunlight or fluorescent lighting, and using UV filtering glass when framing if possible.
