Custom software, drawing robot, photographically manipulated graphite pencil, giclée printed on Hahnemühle German Etching paper. 30 x 40cm unframed. Limited edition of 10, signed and numbered.
This drawing is made of six layers of ultra-fine pencil with different weights, created on Halloween 2022. Each layer contains concentric circles that are progressively distorted by a computer model of noise. I photographically inverted the resulting pencil drawing to create the prints. The giclée process on Hahnemühle German Etching paper creates an incredibly deep matt black that looks like velvet on the page.
For each drawing sold, I will donate £5 to Trees for Life, to offset carbon and support the rewilding of the Scottish Highlands.
